STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN THE WINE INDUSTRY: BUSINESS MODEL & STRATEGY INTEGRATION  
 

The BMEF proposed in this work is theoretically the solution to both translate the BM into operational terms and allow some strategic frameworks like Kaplan & Norton’s Strategic Map and Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas to be more approachable for small companies. The model is thought to be an essential tool which aims to put into action the results of the BM analysis and innovation and, at the same time, to be more understandable, easy-to-use.
